TrueStep is a technological weight distribution device created for those in physical rehabilitation. It records the patients total weight and calibrates the percentage of weight needed for the damaged leg to undergo therapeutic exercise without inflicting an overbearing amount of weight. The full system comprises of a flexible electronic insole and Bluetooth wireless
technology to help the patient independently measure their weight and know how much weight bearing the injured foot can absorb. Progress of healing and exercise are able to be recorded and emailed to the patients health professional.
